This episode, Tiffany gives us a sneak peak into her four non-negotiables for a kick-ass day! These things are easy, simple, and can really spark a change in your life, so be open even if you’ve found they haven’t worked for you in the past! The first is to hydrate. Start your morning off drinking water to revive your body after you sleep and start your day off with a cleansing process. The second is to meditate. Meditation can look different for everyone, so even if you think meditation doesn’t work for you, give it a try and see what happens! Do what feels good for you in the moment, even if you only have five minutes to do it, and find that inner peace that will help you have a less stressful day. The third is to caffeinate. Whatever soothes you and gives you energy is perfect. Drink it intentionally, put it in a mug or cup that speaks to you, and create a reality you want to see. Put your affirmations into your drink and carry it with you throughout your day! The fourth is to educate. If one of your goals is to grow, aim to get 1% better every day to help you grow. Reading a book, listening to an educational podcast, anything you can do to learn will push you forward and improve your life and growth. If you can make the time to incorporate these four things into your life, everything can change!
