There are so many things we may not understand and we don’t know why we feel certain ways. If you start being honest with yourself about your fears and emotions, it will help you work through it and further your growth journey. You can’t just affirm yourself out of your fears or use your affirmations as a crutch for healing! Be honest with yourself and allow yourself to feel certain things even if it’s scary or if it hurts.
